What we collect

When you engage Heron AI, you may share a customer or client list (e.g. names, emails, phone numbers, service history) so we can draft personalized win-back messages. We also collect standard site analytics on heronai.net.

How we use it

Your customer list is used only to draft messages for your review. Names and service history from your list are sent to Anthropic's API to generate that drafted copy. We never contact your customers directly - every message is sent by you, from your own inbox, after you review it.

Where it's stored

Retention and deletion

TODONo automated retention window or deletion process exists yet. This section needs a real policy decision, ideally reviewed with counsel, before it can state a specific commitment.
